If you live in North Vancouver (or close by) and would like to have an experienced midwife involved in either your initial early pregnancy care  or your after birth postpartum care, you can fill out  her Client Intake Form.

When your intake form is received. Vera will connect with you via email to answer any queries that you may have, and to book you either, a remote appointment to begin an initial early pregnancy phase of care, or a 3rd trimester in person visit, to prepare for your postpartum afterbirth phase of care.   Confirmation of this visit enrols you into Vera’s postpartum services that begin in your home after hospital discharge. 

Vera aims to respond to queries within 5 business days or earlier. 

If you have filled out an intake form and have yet to hear back, do check your spam box. As sometimes Vera’s emails end up in this box, until a person put her email in their contact box.  If there is no  communication in spam, use the contact message box to inform Vera that you filled in an intake form and have yet to hear back.
