Office Assitance

Currently, Vera is operating MCNS office remotely on her own using Ocean scheduling that is a part of her Oscar Pro electronic medical record system. .  From 2000-2020 her practice was blessed with caring, friendly, useful assistants. Vera extends her thanks to all, who have been her right hand in being MCNS first point of contact, organizing her and her midwife colleagues schedules, providing administrative support for group care processes, when her practice offered group care and doing countless invisible tasks that keep the operational wheels of a community practice turning smoothly. 

She asks potential clients,  clients in care and others wanting to access her to be understanding about responses to queries and the occassional scheduling mishap. 

It’s Vera intention to return queries within 5 business days or less.
